upcoming support changes ;

 

due to high number of active clients and support assists we had to change our support system.

all tickets that are created more than 1 day ago are now closed, is your issue is not resolved please re-open your ticket.

 

we now have support punishment :

 

spamming or creating unrelated support ticket will disable support features for your account.

 

also if your issue is resolved by any staff member outside of our website , you need to close your ticket as soon as possible to avoid support punishment.

 

all support requests will be answered under 1 hour , support line is not available from 1AM until 10AM and 5PM until 7PM (UTC+4:30)
